Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Banco. If an organization provides Banco under a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Using Banco
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only where permitted by law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API keys.
AI output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions. Banco does not promise that generated content is unique or free of third-party rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use Banco to violate law or rights, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, evade safeguards, abuse provider capacity, impersonate others, or process data you are not authorized to provide.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the deployment operator the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process, and return that content to provide and secure the service. You must have permission to submit the content.
Plans and billing
Paid functionality is available only when the interface presents an enabled checkout. Prices, usage allowances, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation details shown during checkout control the purchase. Preview prices do not create a purchase obligation.
Availability and changes
The service may change, suspend, or discontinue features and third-party integrations. During beta operation, interruptions and breaking changes may occur. We may restrict accounts to protect users, providers, or the platform.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Banco is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using Banco at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, non-payment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
